Thisscope of work is for an Application Architect, a Technical Business Analyst,and Two Web Application Programmers. The Department of Financial Services istransitioning from their legacy financial system to a modern solution calledPALM – Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management System. This transitionimpacts Department of Health interfaces and systems that currently interfacewith DFS legacy application. This SOW will provide additional staffingresources to implement the required system remediations. The Contractor willprovide these services to the Florida Department of Health (Department).
6.2.Technical Business Analyst
6.2.1.Submit a monthly activity report to the Department Contract Manager documentingall activities
performed.
6.2.2.Schedule and facilitate meetings; including agenda and minutes preparation, asdirected by the
Department.
6.2.3.Manage the data collection and tracking of functional and technicalrequirements for system
remediationsthroughout the term of this SOW.
6.2.4.Prepare process flow charts, as directed by the Department.
6.2.5.Prepare application test cases, conduct application case tests, and track teststatus as directed
bythe Department.
6.2.6.Prepare training documentation and deliver training to users, as directed bythe Department.
6.2.7.Maintain and monitor the project RAID log, as directed by the Department.
6.2.8.Prepare documentation for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC), as directed
bythe Department.
6.2.9.Prepare and maintain Scrum related documentation as directed by the Department.
5.2.4. Ten years of experience documenting process flows
5.2.5. Five years of experience creating and reviewing ERDs
5.2.6. Five years of experience creating user guides.
5.2.7. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field; or four years of equivalent work experience.
5.2.8. Deep understanding of business and technology requirements collection methodology
5.2.9. Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, .Net, Java.
