- Educationand/or experience typically obtained throughthe completion of a Bachelor'sdegree Management Information Systems, ComputerScience or related fields.
- 5or more years experience in Configuration Management,IT Service Management,Systems Administration, or related fields
- 3or more years experience in managing configurationitems and an enterprise CMDBin a high security environment
- Experienceimplementing and maintaining a multi-sourceCMDB
- Basicknowledge of common IT platforms and technologies(i.e. Windows, Linux,Virtualization, Networking, Telecom, leading BusinessApplications)
- Provenexperience in managing configuration itemsand an enterprise CMDB in a highsecurity environment
- Skillsetand/or knowledge of leading CMDB, discovery,and IT Service Management toolsets
- Understandingof common audit, compliance, and regulatorystandards related to ConfigurationManagement and CIs
- Abilityto work effectively as part of a team andcommunicate risk as it relates to thebusiness.
- Provenanalytical skills, ability to prioritize multipleprojects and ability to workwith minimal supervision are required.
- Strongoral and written communication skills, effectivedata analysis skills, anddemonstrated ability to work collectively in planningand implementing change.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Priorexperience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery,and Service Mapping
- CM2Comprehensive (CM2-C) or higher-level certification
- ITILFoundations or higher-level certification
- PriorFinancial Services and/or FinTech industryexperience
- Needsservice mapping functionality (this is theneed for the role)
- Connectthe CI’s to the applications
- Runservice mapping and map their infrastructureto them
- Totallyfocused on the mapping and working with theowners of the applications
- Validateand tweaking to the maps as they go
- Realhands-on experience with discovery and servicemapping (Very important)
- Atleast one of the hires will be converted afterthe contract is done
