The BIA Sr. Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the UPS business. The Sr. BA produces well written and concise Business and/or Functional Requirement Documents. The BA engages with UPS business leaders and users to understand business needs and evaluate how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. The BA must be able to articulate those ideas and balance those ideas against what is technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.
