- Collect, Condition, Align, Store HR related data from multiple sources into Microsoft Power BI
- SME in creating and executing queries using: SQL, PL/SQL, R, Python
- Experience with ETL Framework and using tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Power BI (PBI) Desktop, Power Query, Excel
- Experience extracting data from Oracle and SQL Servers
- Experience manually loading data into PBI
- Experience automating data loads into PBI
