1. Must be very open, honest and responsible

2. Very Strong in C#, SQL Server, view info, view info web forms, WCF, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.

3. Knowing view info MVC, Entity Framework, Web API and domain driven model.

4. Very good with writing Quality code i.e. code that is neat, commented and performs well.

5. Should be extremely security and performance conscious.

6. Leadership skills is a great plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Communicating with foreign clients through Skype, Phone and Email depending on the project

2. Understanding client requirements and providing them with good technical consultation.

3. Developing quality software that is highly secure and performs well.

4. Responding to clients with crisp and clear responses and being very committed to what is promised.

5. Constantly being updated with the latest technology, Standards and security enhancements related to .Net
