·       Solutions Architect (level 4 12 to15 Yrs.) Experience requirements 12 15 years of experience in leading Product development, Consulting, Solutioning and Architecture and Technology Must Haves Strong experience be building CloudNative microservices based web applications that are scalable, available, and highly performant. Strong architecture experience with the following Microservices architectures, CloudNative architectures, Event driven architectures, APIs, Domain Driven Design, Serverless, Kubernetes, Docker, DevOps, building scalable, reliable, available solutions, and Performance testing.

·       Experience in development and delivery of solutions including demonstrations Rich experience with cloud related technologies like AWS Azure Google Cloud Demonstrated experience in Legacy transformation and IT modernization Hands on experience with Spring boot, Spring webflux, java, containers, sql db., NoSQL db., caching engine, APM Hands on experience with any one UI framework Experience in using Domain Driven Design.

·       Experience in creating products with scaling and high-performance products and Platform architecture (PaaS, SaaS). Experience in Structured(MS SQL, Oracle, Postgres etc) and unstructured (Mongo, Dynamo etc) databases

·       Experience in building Mobile first Architected applications (Native and Hybrid) Good to haves Certified in at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS (preferred) or Azure) at Architect level Hands on experience with at least one (preferably two) API gateway platform (MuleSoft, APigee, WSO2, AWS API gateway, Kong, etc.) Demonstrated experience in cloud migration Consulting and Solutions Consulting experience in Value Based Solution Designing and Presentation to customers Experience in representing the Solutions to customers prospects front ending teams and at field events such as conferences, seminars, Aspect User Groups etc.

·       Demonstrated Experience in developing industry-based solutions or IPs Demonstrated Consulting experience in IT modernization and cloud migration Able to lead, create, respond, and defend functional technical elements of RFIs RFPs Ability to communicate complex information to customers prospects.

·       Demonstratable ability to use professional concepts in developing approaches in the solution of critical problems and broad design issues. Demonstrated capability to work on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables.

·       Ability to provide solutions that are highly creative and to exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Soft skills Must have good analytical, debugging ad tracing skills.

·       Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service, teamwork skills and a professional demeanour to maintain and enhance relationships. Preferred certified in TOGAF or any EA framework Domain understanding in either of BFSI, Telecom, ISV and CPG would be a plus Experience in Agile Testing, TDD, BDD, Cucumber and Mocking Frameworks Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift etc) Experience in DevSecOps (CICD) solutions for on prem and cloud. Exposure to secure coding is beneficial. Experience with Agile Lean practices is preferred. Sound knowledge of Software Engineering processes. Travel requirements Should be ready to travel for short assignments to across US, UK, and India.
