- Writing efficient, reusable, testable, and scalable code.
- Understanding, analyzing, and implementing – Business needs, feature modification requests, conversion into software components.
- ?Integration of user-oriented elements into different applications, data storage solutions
Required/Desirable Skills:
- 5 years relevant experience using Python
- Experience in DevOps toolchain methodologies.
- Knowledge in reviewing app performance metrics and improvements.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
- Experience with Visual Studio and Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or GitHUB
- Knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases (MSSQL Server, Oracle), APIs
Preferred Qualifications: (Notrequired, but an extra plus if you have the experience)
- Experience in DevOps Toolchain methodologies, including TDD (test driven development), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment
- Development experience in Data platform related technologies using Python/Scala
- Data analytics experience using SQL
- Open Source development experience
