Role 1: Project Manager
Location: Phoenix AZ

Mission/Job Scope
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. lead a variety of different types of projects including launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments
 
Outcomes
1. In this position, you will ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of assigned projects, while exemplifying our core values of Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.
2. Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to leadership throughout the project.
3. Directs large-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external constituents and partners.
4. Create, monitor, and control project plans including
a. Scope/ Schedule / Burn downs / Task Lists  
b. Business Case / Resources / Budget
c. Risk Assessments / Mitigation / Contingency Planning
5. Lead and influence the project team in achieving project outcomes and escalate when not achieving desired outcomes. Provide direct feedback to functional managers on performance reviews.
6. Influence project performance to be able to recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions as needed to deliver on project commitments.
7. Build relationships with project teams, product managers, and business and technology partners to champion the needs of the business and drive continuous service improvement.

Qualifications
1. 3+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex, and cross functional projects, with emphasis on product development, systems, and technical environments
2. 3+ years of Retail industry experience preferred
3. Demonstrated ability to plan, track, facilitate, and close projects using applicable tools (Gantt, Burn downs, etc.) on time, within budget, and while controlling scope.
4. Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools.
5. Experience with and understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
6. BA/BS Degree strongly preferred and/or comparable work experience
