Secondary Skill(s): 

IT Infrastructure operation management and experience on Infra Platform and associated technologies for e.g. Wintel, VMware, Linux, O365/Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, SCCM/Application Packaging, Azure and cloud platform. ITSM (IT Service Management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Requests, and Service Level Management etc.)Knowledge and Experience with ServiceNow and Jira

Roles and responsibilities :

•Project Management experience with 10+ years of experience in Communication, Media and information (CMI) domain including  IT Operation and service delivery, Implementation, Rollout, transition, transformation, migration & operation Support.
•Experience in delivering the Project within stipulated Schedule, Quality & Cost and adhere to customer defined SLA/OLA/KPI
•Should be able to work independently to Lead 20-30 members technical team
•Must have understanding and knowledge of Large IT Infrastructure operation and have experience to manage all kind of Infra Platform and associated technologies for e.g. Wintel, VMware, Linux, O365/Exchange, Active Directory, Networking, SCCM/Application Packaging, Azure and cloud platform. •Manage relationship and communication for key customers stakeholders, IT & Business team, 3rd party vendors and other support functions ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
•Significant experience establishing and managing IT Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance team procedures including ticketing, escalation, remediation, and postmortem review.
•Must have Strong Infra Managed Serv Project Management and a solid understanding of project life cycles
•Identify Service Improvement (SI) opportunities and implement improvement plans and Automation. 
•Follow defined ITSM (IT Service Management processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Requests, and Service Level Management etc.)
•Excellent communication, Client facing and Problem solving skills    
•Experience working in Offshore – Onshore delivery Model
•PMP or PRINCE2 / Wipro WPMP Project Management Certification is preferred

Basic Qualification:

Experienced project management tools like Microsoft project, Jira .Passionate, persuasive, articulate Infrastructure project management professional capable of quickly establishing interest and credibility in how to start and manage complex IT Infrastructure projects.
•Strong written, verbal and chalk board skills.
•Experience in working in Prince2 or PMI methodology managed projects.
•Experience in enterprise applications, solutions and data center infrastructures.
•Strong customer-interaction skills.
•Ability to quickly establish credibility and excitement with key customer personnel, as well as work collaboratively and in a hands-on manner with technical professionals.

Must Have Skill(s :
