Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science/MIS, or the equivalent of education and work
- Minimum of 4 years of business analysis experience with complex systems and projects
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of business processes and ERP systems in higher education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- General knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Ability to document, communicate, and implement innovative solutions to meet or exceed business goals
