We're looking for someone with RoR, specifically with building out an API.
We are looking for someone who understands AWS and build pipelines as we migrate away from Heroku.ActiveAdmin and GraphQL are also nice-to-haves.
The immediate work is helping migrate a C# app to an existing RoR app.
The spec is basically "whatever was previously done".
There are two product managers and a dev team working on EU time.
The core Ruby team is on Pacific time, hence looking for some to fill in the middle.
The best case scenario is that the dev spends their morning with the Ireland crew, ensuring they aren't blocked, then collaborates with the West coast team once they come online.
The west coast team owns the current implementation, but through this effort, will be handing it off to the Ireland team.
