Responsibilities :

We are looking for talented Golang developers who will be a crucial part of our software team. The selected candidate will have to write scalable, robust, and easy-to-maintain code. They will be required to translate software requirements into high-performance products.

Skills / Requirement:

1. At least 3-5 years of relevant software development experience.

2. Proficient in Golang.

3. Strong understanding either of HTTP (or gRPC protocol) and serialization formats like protobuf .

4. Excellent attitude and passion for working in a team with a doer attitude.

5. Experience in producing/consuming and using Kafka.

6. Experience in building low latency, high volume REST API requests handling.

7. Experience in working with relational databases (like Postgres).

8. Experience in working in distributed caches like Redis.

9. Experience in technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, git, terraform.

10. Experience working in any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc.,) preferably GCP.

11. Ability to Get Stuff Done!

Bonus Point if:

1. Good if the person has previously worked on building a User Campaign Management Platform or a CRM platform. You know what it takes to build user segments, schedule campaigns, handle states of the user journeys, integrate with external APIs.

2. Experience in NoSQL stores (like BigQuery, Clickhouse, Cassandra) - we use BigQuery.

3. Understanding of Metrics and Monitoring of web applications using tools like Cortex, Grafana, or similar.
