I. Perform all responsibilities of Project Manager
II. Develop, plan and schedule the development, introduction, communication and maintenance of all Projectsiii.Organize and control the activities of the area, assign Personnel to the various Projects and direct their activitiesiv.
III. Manage high complexity, cross-functional system implementation, maintenance, and integration Projectsv.
IV. Understand and meet the Project sponsors’ expectations vi. Monitor progress to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realizedvii.Monitor and control quality, risks, issues, and Project changes to ensure Project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realizedviii.
V. Adhere to, support, and contribute to development or enhancement of internal PepsiCo project management standards and processesix.
VI. Determine the impact of Project Changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation x.
VII. Develop sponsorship/support for Project (at the executive level) within affected organizations and establish a governance organizationxi.Monitor and maintain Project team moralexii.
VIII. Resolve issues escalated by the management team xiii.Escalate unresolved issues via the governance framework Qualifications: i.BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experienceii.
IX. 3-5 years of experience managing large-scale initiatives in an engineering or technology environment; 7-10 years of project management experienceiii.
X. Expert knowledge in the assigned business area discipline such as engineering or information technologyiv.
XI. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desiredv.Advanced proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project, including financial, and schedule performance reportingvi.
XII. Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)vii.Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, self-directedviii.Ability to multi-task and solve problems innovatively
