Job Duties:

• Provide a consistent interface to the customer for technical and engineering activity
• Serve as the technical lead on responses to customer technical issues and questions.

• Knowledge of wireless network nodes such as: X-CSCF, PCRF, HSS, AAA, SGSN, GGSN, MME, P-GW, S-GW, Home Agent, WAP Gateway, DPI Solutions and Billing systems, IPv4, IPv6, Proxy Mobile IP, GTP, Iu, Gb, Radius, Diameter.

• Protocols and Standards: Ethernet, SDN Technologies and Principles, 3GPP, 3GPP2, RTP, RTCP, Netconf-Yang
• Networking: Wan, Lan, Man, Data Center
