Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Project leadership experience
• Experience with the SDLC
• Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and high level of emotional intelligence
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
• Experience in working in multi-team environment
• Prior experience with Azure
• Advanced experience with Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas ect…)
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• Technical documentation abilities
• Scrum Master certification
• Previous experience planning and managing large projects
• Prior experience in the health solutions industry
• Working experience with IT teams

• Experience with resource planning
