JOB DETAIL

 

Looking for a SalesForce Business Analyst, Consumer Engagement to work with internal and external groups to successfully implement SalesForce Service Cloud and Sunset all legacy solutions.  Effectively communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external).  Act as liaison between business users, other vendors and IT counterparts to capture functional requirements.  Lead User Acceptance Testing activities to ensure the solution meets business requirements and new functionality, and enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.  Ability to work effectively in a team environment with onsite, and remote resources.  Ability to engage in all phases of a project to ensure that the C&D SalesForce Service Cloud solution meets all business requirements based on Functional Specifications.  Ability to examine issues strategic and analytically, challenging and proposing alternative solutions where applicable.  Experience with ITIL processes including SDLC documentation in a regulated environment including change management, system validation, 21 CFR Part 11, IOQ, IQ, PQ, Traceability Matrix, documentation and testing.
