•           6-8 years relevant programming experience in C# and .NET with RDBMS/SQL server working knowledge

•           Understanding of development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET

•           Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, Visual SVN

•           Very strong debugging memory management skills along with strong communication skills.

•           Unit Testing - Hands on working knowledge/exposure

•           Hands on working knowledge/exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

•           Strong software Engineering concepts.
