•            7 years- Experience and knowledge in the area of application analysis,application design and system integration

•            7 years- Experience in the entire systems development life cycle processesincluding workflow analysis, workflow diagrams, design, QA and testing.

•            7 years- Experience in analyzing and documenting complex business functions andsystem needs; developing requirements and use cases for the "to be"solution.

•            7 years- Experience with application analysis and design to develop feasibilitystudies, cost analysis, staff estimates and implementation strategies.

•            7 years- Experience leading requirements gathering and analysis sessions andtranslate business and functional requirements to technical solutions.

•            Able to work without assistance; Provide leadership to others; Able to managehighly complex work efforts; May have advanced education; May have extensiveindustry experience.

•            5 years- Experience working in a large, complex government agency with anunderstanding of how legislation translates to business needs.
