This position will play a lead role in participating in the design, development, and implementation of Azure SQL database solutions leveraging modern cloud architectures
Design and implementation of Azure cloud databases, high-availability solutions, replication, encryption, and disaster recovery solutions
Must have a strong understanding and knowledge of Managed Identities, Azure Private Link, Azure Service Endpoints, NSGs.
Data Partitioning, Purging and Archiving solutions in the Azure model databases
Migration of SQL Server Instances from 2008 R2 to,2014,2016, Oracle DB
Experience in Windows Azure, migrating database to Azure Cloud
Implemented new SQL Server features by performing successful POCs
Good Understanding & Knowledge on Cloud computing architecture, technical design and implementations including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS)
Experience in Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Gen1 and Gen2, Azure Storage.
