- 4+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst
- Advanced SQL Skills required
- Familiarity with the product owner role and concepts
- Experience with Jira to manage product roadmap and backlog
- Experience working directly with technology teams and business stakeholders as a product manager
- Experience with SAFe, Lean, and Agile Data Warehouse development
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
