·       Hands-on experience in Adobe AEM with very good Problem solving skills, provide creative solution to the business problem that saves cost, time and effort.

·       One of the preliminary activity would be to Move Templates and Tags to a new vendor product.

·       Highly analytical mindset with a solid understanding of Adobe AEM and any other tools and platform relevant to the context.

·       The proposed candidate should have very good customer facing and handling experience.

·       Responsible for closely working with customers/business/BA to understand the requirements. Create comprehensive solution plan, Clearly articulate  our approach and              time-lines.

·       Build an environment of trust and consensus.  Should be able to represent and lead the discussions where required (as it has always been the ask).

·       Present regular progress report and adhere to the PI(Program Increment) goals
