We are looking for a Program cum Project Manager for Infor ERP implementation and rollout for our direct customer.
10-15 years of experience in managing projects and subsequently large IT programs with Extensive Manufaturing Domain experience.
Program managed atleast 2 large ERP based transformational programs specially Global rollouts
Proven experience in Infor. Candidates with experience in managing other ERPs like SAP, Oracle will also be preferred.
Excellent communication and ability to manage and translate business needs as IT programs.
Ability to manage multi-site environments & coordinate instances, people and project teams.
Strong monitoring & reporting capabilities.
Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to top management.
Great analytical skills, ability to ascertain risk, good negotiation skills and conflict resolving capabilities.
Expert communicator both to IT and business.
Candidates with PMP or PMI-ACP or SCRUM or PgMP will be preferred but not mandatory
