Job Description

Education qualification BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA
• Overall, 6 to 8 years in IT as a solution architect / senior developer in RPA
• 2+ Years of Power Platform experience as a Solution Architect.
• 2-4 years of experience in .NET Suite (C# or VB.net) is a must
• Knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, SharePoint and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture.
• Familiarity with Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server/Oracle) and architecture styles/APIs (REST, Web)
• Have experience of solutioning with RDBMS (eg: SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Development experience in Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate, AI Builder
• Must have worked on any of the RPA tool like Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath or Work Fusion
• Certified in one or more of these Microsoft Certifications PL-900, PL-100, PL-400 or PL-600
• Exposure to Azure Cloud, power platform tenants
• Previous experience of designing, developing and testing cloud flows and desktop flows
• Must have worked on 2 or more projects end-to-end implementation of Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps involving Sharepoint, Excel, Dataverse (CDS)
• Experience in environments creation, solutions migrations and optimizing optimal usage of Apps
• Experience in building flows using business and non-business connectors
• Good to have experience in coding and solutioning with AI connectors, API, Cognitive Automation and Cloud integrations
• Good to have experience in automating Web Applications, ERP (SAP, Oracle), Windows applications
• Must understand both SDLC and RPA methodologies, deliverables, best practices
• Capability to write cmdlets / powershell scripts
• Capability to estimate development efforts
• Capability to debug the code and re-design as needed
• Good to have working experience in agile delivery / scrum
• Good to have experience in Power BI
• Good to have any RPA tool certification (developer / architect)
• Experience of leading team size eg: 4 to 5 developers in collaborative projects
• Prepare and publish reports as per project needs to the stakeholders
• Engage in the whole project phases and ensure UAT and bug fixes towards closure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and project teams
• Inform potential delays and risks to the project team and business owner
• Must have exposure in Agile working practices (Scrum)
• Good to have experience in JIRA and MS-Office
