We are hiring for Senior Business Development Manager or Sr. Sales Manager or Client Acquisition Manager for Staffing/Recruitment Industry.

Experience Required: minimum 5 + years

Salary : 10LPA to 30LPA

Location: Koramangala Bengaluru - Work from office

Should be comfortable to do IC role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • New IT Client Acquisition for Recruitment team.
  • Meet potential new clients and turn this into business opportunities.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
  • Research and build relationships with new & existing clients.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have done contract to Hire.
  • Should have good contact.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company, employees capabilities.
  • Understand the company's goal and purpose in order to enhance the company's performance.
