About the Role
We are excited to be expanding our Talent Team in Bangalore! Your primary focus in this role will be on bringing on high-performing Engineering and Technical Talent. Youll also be helping to build our employer brand in the region and assisting with other local roles as needed.
Responsibilities
- Source, engage and hire world-class talent into Engineering, Data Science, and Product roles
- Operationalise sourcing pipeline into measurable and metrics-driven campaigns
- Collaborate with recruiting team and develop targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies with hiring managers
- Effectively partner with employees across the company to drive employee referrals
- Manage the interview and recruiting process for candidates from identification and engagement all the way through to negotiation and closing
What were looking for
- 1+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Bachelors Degree, Master a Plus
- Ability to implement advanced searches and sourcing strategies for high-priority open roles
- Experience using engagement strategies that go beyond LinkedIn and standard channels
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
