JOB DETAIL

Smart male MBA candidates having minim 1 year experience in IT industry.

In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews.

- Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as onboarding, offboarding, application for work passes, annual performance appraisal and training plans

.- Administration of attendance data.- Source and work with training providers to conduct courses both internally and externally.

- Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues and termination.- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Coaching/advising managers in HR processes and legislative requirements in general, to ensure that HR matters are effectively dealt with.

- Any other general administrative duties and projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
