Roles Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end testing of products from inception, requirement specification, planning, implementation, documentation and closure with cross-functional teams
• Monitoring testing activities for ensuring the quality and functionality of assigned systems; verifying timely and accurate test communication with Development Leads, Project Manager and Senior Management throughout the project life cycle
• Interacting with the team, the product owner and with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and clarifying user stories changes
• Preparing and designing the test strategy, test plans and test cases (automated unit test cases) for the projects; reviewing activities such as requirements review, design review, test strategy review and test case review
• Recording software defects and providing thorough technical descriptions and evidence
• Implementing the different phase by formulating project plans, planning resources and administering issues arising due to scope creep or other technical/personnel matters
• Leading interacting with QA resources for ensuring timely project completion; developing quality standards through participating in the initial software testing stages
• Steering the successful roll-out of project with liability of defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, prioritizing tasks, identifying dependencies and evaluating risks as per the requirements
• Conducting or Training various knowledge sharing session on project functionality and technical sessions for project members
