Job Description :-
The role:
The designer will be responsible for creating UX, UI and design assets for a range of B2B and B2C brands, including websites, web apps and tools and marketing materials.
This individual should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams with other designers, product managers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver the highest-quality design solutions whether that be research, user flows, wireframes, UI designs and prototype's or other branded materials.
Responsibilities:
- Define the UX architecture and requirements and communicate ideas to the team via wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
- Translate UX requirements into high quality UI designs and visual assets to be used by our Front-End Developers to build the solution.
- Create and maintain other design assets as required, including design systems, style guides, user flows, storyboards, mockups, page layouts and presentations,.
Mandatory skills & qualifications:
- Excellent Figma, Sketch (or similar) skills
- Excellent Adobe CC skills
- Proven experience, and a solid understanding of UX principles and practices
- Proven experience with creating responsive UI design of the highest quality
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable presenting and justifying design decisions
- Highly motivated, creative and strong team player
- Resilient and able to adapt to requirement changes
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent English communication skills (read, write, speak)
