Job Description :-

• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
• Understand the testing effort by analysing the requirements of project.
• Track and prepare the report of testing activities like testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
• Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
• Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.
• Test planning and execution for automation, manual and performance testing.
• Define and execute automation test framework and assist the team.
• Review and validate the test scripts and test results of team members.
• Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
• Providing training to individuals who handle the product.
• Participate in meetings held at various levels within the organization.

Skills required:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance/ Test manager or relevant role
• Total experience of 10 to 12 years and more in Software Testing/QA
• Relevant experience of 3 years or more in QA lead/manager level
• Experience of 3 to 5 years or more in Selenium Automation framework setup, execution.
• Well versed with Java, Selenium, TestNG, Hybrid, BDD or Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience in using Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA, JMeter or similar tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education Qualification : BE/BTech/Master in Computer Applications or Computer Science
