Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Participates in design of system architecture.
- Participates in daily standup meetings and identify the impediments & accountable to remove those.
- Responsible for identification of system issues & performance tuning.
- Regular monitoring of logs/App Insight ensure 99.9% system up time.
- Participate in all aspects of the agile product development life cycle from design to delivery
- Work closely with the product managers, infrastructure and development teams to help deliver innovative, world-class SaaS solutions
- Design and develop high-quality code exhibiting excellent performance that meets product requirements with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and security.
- Enhance and work effectively with backend legacy code.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Extensive Experience in working on Node JS (MUST), C# (good to have), Web API, SQL Server and AI/ML tool (preferably Google DialogFlow)
- Working experience on any of latest JavaScript platforms such as React JS (preferred) /Angular JS
- Hands on experience in designing, developing responsive Web applications.
- Hands on experience with highly scalable restfulAPIs & monitoring their performance.
- Well versed with Test driven development, CI / CD, Automated deployment
- Has a passion for Dev Ops Culture.
- Expert ability in building, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of engineerslocated at multiple locations,and successfully operating in an iterative delivery model (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Able to learn complex business operations quickly, work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, team-driven environment
- Must be able to multi-task, manage details, and keep sight of overall objectives.
- Exposure with Azure will be added advantage.
- Proven experience with identifying and resolving development impacting issues, working with members of project management team and business SME's/executives to drive to solutions within defined processes.
- Extremely strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to assess and clearly communicate business value and technical and delivery risk
