Business requirements management & development
o Manage and, in some instances, lead activities for ERP SAP S4/HANA and Integration with downstream systems
o Utilize effective business analyst techniques to translate what business wants into IT requirements (User Stories)
o Document as-is and to-be business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
o Document KDD (Key Design Decisions) with proper level of required details
o Explain to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
o Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required
o Prepare and update project status reports and present weekly to stakeholders
• Act as the Business-IT interface
o Work with the business and sprint teams to ensure support of agile methodology
o Writes, manages, and clarifies user stories and may develop use cases for complex requirements
o Documents user acceptance testing or and may assist unit testers so that definition of done for requirements are satisfied
o Impact analysis of new releases/changes, training, maintaining systems
SKILLS REQUIRED
• SDLC and Project Management experience
• Good understanding of ERP with specific exposure in SAP ECC and or S4 HANA desired
• Required experience in ERP (Source, Deliver, IMWM)
• Preferred SAP S/4HANA experience (Source, IM/WM, EWM, Logistics)
• Exposure to Ariba SCC (Source), MES, LIMS, Deliver systems, and JDE desired
• Drive various teams and timelines to bring closure to project deliverables and RAID items
• SCRUM/ Agile flow methodology and Testing tools to support BST testing and UAT.
• Hands on experience in JIRA and work knowledge of Confluence
• MS Office, including MS Project, Excel, and Power Point
• rRDM certification or exposure desired in rRDM methodology
• Project Management and Stakeholder Management experience
• Understanding of Iris and Incident management process & metrics
• Ability to manage/administer Project SharePoint and MS-Teams sites
• Strong work ethic and negotiation skills to drive agenda forward within challenging timelines
• Experience of having worked with global teams and brining consensus on open items
• Builds rapport & trust quickly to work effectively across business & IT teams
• Good communication Skills (verbal and written)
