Job Description:

•             ABAP experience focused on SAP HCM modules US Payroll (Important) PA&OM, and Benefits.

•             Perform SAP HCM Development activities in support of the business request to improve or add functionality to the existing SAP HCM landscape specifically ABAP with an emphasis on the HCM Module.

•             Knowledge of BADI/Enhancements in the HCM area.

•             ABAP Development and maintenance of Custom SAP Objects like screens, RFC, BAPI, BADI, User exits, inbound and outbound interfaces, ABAP/4 Reports, ABAP Query, and Report Writer and Report Painter reports.

•             Hands on experience in BDC/BAPI/HR User Exits/HR ABAP objects.

•             Logical database/Reports(Payroll or  Time, PA, OM) and Interfaces (Payroll or  Time, PA, OM).

•             Should have a basic understanding of HR Payroll Execution Process, Time Infotypes, and Benefits Infotypes.

•             Knowledge of Payroll Functions, Time Functions, and Features(Not mandatory)
