An ideal candidate for this position should have experience with Administration of relational database platforms like SQL server, Oracle and postgres etc.
Proficiency with languages such as Python or Shell is expected as well as an understanding of Cloud database platforms such as AWS RDS and Aurora.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
6+ years supporting PostgreSQL, MSSQL and Oracle databases in a high volume mission critical environment
Strong understanding of AWS services like RDS,EC2, S3 etc.
Database cloud migrations and cross platform migrations experience is highly desired
Strong experience in optimizing and performance tuning of databases including drill-down analysis
Installation and configuration of database Server
Good knowledge on database security and versions
Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting high availability/DR solutions
