2 years IT experience in the retail industry
3 years of experience in Maintenance and enhancement projects on OMS.
6 years of IT experience, including 3 years of Sterling OMS application development.
Should be ready to work in shifts morning and ev ening IST, predominantly UK shift.
Should have production support work experience, well versed with ITSM processes and ticketing tools.
Capable of collaborative iteration in a fast paced environment with short product life cycles
Considered a subject matter expert in team technologies and functions.
Design, develop and implement Sterling OMS, SOM enhancements as part of the Fulfillment
Experience collaborating with UX researchers and designers, marketers, merchandisers, product managers and deve lopers
Experience customizing Sterling 9x OMS, Web SOM or RCP SOM.
Experience intergrating with Sterling Commerce
Experience with Internet or mobile usability accessibility research is a plus
Experience with JAVA
Experience with responsive website de sign and development, including cross and back browser usability
Experience working within Scrum and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with full stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques
Follow the Design and development best pr actices
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and trends including emerging digital platforms and related media
Knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, Angular, Polymer, Closure or Backbone
Product Development team including responsibility for project deliverables
Strong Retail business knowledge is preferred
The position is responsible for providing enhancements and additional functionality to support the IBM Sterling 9.5 OMS, Web SOM, RCP SOM applications
