• Responsible for development, deployment & support of the products he/she own
• Make right technology decisions for the team
• Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Work as a member of an Agile Software Development Team to help implement new functionality based on business requirements.
• Interact with the Business and Customer Experiences teams, facilitate working through technical implementation

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or other relevant field of study
• 7+  years of prior experience Java/J2EE technology ( Spring Framework)
• 2+ years in Cloud Platforms – SQL and Database skills
• 2+ years’ experience with software development methodologies, 4D, Agile Scrum/Kanban
• 1+ years working knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Linux, Unix and Windows.
• Extensive knowledge of management theory and practical applications in the workplace
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
• Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
