Note: Must have Financial/BANKING, Business Analyst and PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Candidates with Both Project Management and Business Analyst experience coming out of a Financial (Banking, Wealth Management, Stocks/trading) background are needed.

Description:

Project manager/Business Analyst/Financial

•             Must be willing to do Program / Project Management (not just BA work – although there will be some BA work as well)

•             Must be extremely organized and high-energy; there is lots of tracking / chasing / wrangling of various stakeholders and deliverables

This is a hybrid BA / Project Management role Key skills and types of activities include:

•             Program Project Management:

o             create a timeline of events for when epics/user story requirements need to be written and groomed for integration

o             schedule meetings to close out open questions

o             send meeting notes

•             Business Analysis:

o             write detailed requirements for FPL enrollment and onboarding, and customer facing features

o             write detailed requirements for lending console epics

o             outline a lending console BRD

Soft Skills: Strong Communication, Self-Motivated, Positive Attitude, Flexible

•             Securities Lending experience is a big plus, and some Prime Brokerage experience is preferred so the individual is at least familiar with the business area

•             Knowledge of and experience working in an Agile environment
