Every day you will:

• Coordinate and engage with Internal Audit and key stakeholders to complete deep dive assessments and achieve MRA compliance.

• Drive and manage meetings, provide agendas, minutes, and track all actions to closure

• Manage the monthly Risk and Controls cycle to deliver country and global reporting requirements

• Ensure these reports meet all requirements including detailed information as well as summarized management information consumable by Senior leadership

• Think outside the box to find a better approach to streamline existing processes



The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:

• Has an expert understanding how to manage and execute the Risk and Controls life cycle including :

• Attend weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly meetings to obtain and / or report on all issues

• Manipulation of global reports for US review by individual teams.

• Proactively engage with 2 LoD and Chief control office and provide inputs.

• JIRA and/or dashboard reporting weekly to working groups on progress of issue resolution

• Monthly reporting to Global Controls Environment Mgmt. Mtg. Risk Management Mtg. (RMM) and Regulator meeting

• Understands the expectation of delivering both globally and locally, balancing and simultaneously meeting both objectives as much as possible

• Has enough Risk Mgmt. acumen to translate risk practices and impact, simplifying complex information and articulate in a meaningful way to wide and varied audience

• Has the ability to interface with Senior stakeholders

• Strong understanding and working experience with risk management practices

• Working experience to support multiple work streams and timelines

• Qualifications or prior experience in Risk Mgmt./Business Studies would be beneficial

• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in PowerPoint and JIRA and Confluence

• Ability to work flexibly, taking early or late calls on occasion
