• Hands-on Strong ServiceNow Developer
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules.
• Experience using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, spokes.
• Experience in integrating third party systems with ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications.
• Experience in developing Service catalogs, workflows, Catalog scripts, macros etc.
• Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc.
• Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.
• Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.
• Preferably the candidate will have experience as a Security Operations Center (SOC) manager or a Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CIRT) manager. Experience with the ServiceNow Security Orchestration & Automation Response (SOAR) module is helpful but not required

Essential:

• ServiceNow System Admin Certification.
• ServiceNow Application development certification.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Good to have:

• Experience in ServiceNow automated testing.
