SF Business Analyst:

Candidate should have good understanding of Sales force platform especially Service cloud and Sales cloud along with the overall knowledge of Marketing cloud and other/Einstein bot   and admin related knowhow. Ability to convey and convert the business requirements in to detailed user stories. Good communication skill and should be able to work with both Product owners and business users to convert their requirements into user stories. Good understanding and experience in agile working model along with knowledge on JIRA and related tools.
