Project Management experience

The project seeks to: · Establish a full legal entity of client in Israel to hold the product licenses and sell the products· Transfer product licenses from partner to the legal entity · Engage a 3PL and install full SAP Landscape (i.e. SAP ERP - OTC, ATR, Cash Collections, Invoicing, Compliance Reporting, Legal Entity set-up, Sales & Distribution; plus Concur, Workday, Arriba, Serrala, Workday, Payroll System, etc.) Office infrastructure set-up (i.e. coordinate with local installation contact, client network access, server room, switches, access points, SD-WAN circuit, cable installation, IT Rack order, internet, conference rooms, laptops, docking stations, screens, headsets, keyboard, mouse, printers, etc.) · Ensure product supply continuity to patients through the transition period until legal entity established and 3PL functional by negotiating limited extension of distributor’s services by current partner · 

 

 

Senior Project Manager responsible to manage the project team. The candidate will be working closely with our global pharmaceutical client's Israel business lead and I&T teams, as well as our selected implementation partner. Activities will include effectively leading and managing the project in alignment with our client's strategic and operational priorities; motivate the project team to achieve project objectives through successful completion of project tasks; effectively prioritize and coordinate the activities of the team; make sure qualification activities are executed according to a plan for timely completion and aligned with key milestone dates. Available to be on-site at King of Prussia, PA / Eastern USA Time Zone is desirable, flexibility to work from home.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
· Manages multiple, global, multi-vendor integration project work streams
· Prepares and manages project timelines, scope documents and other project documentation
· Develops project execution plan, collaborating with project sponsors and stakeholders on project definition, resources, risk assessment and planning as required
· Ensures that plans are developed to measure and monitor progress
· Reviews status of project and prepares/updates status reports
· Manages project budget including submitting monthly forecasts and accruals, provides valid explanation for any variances
· Demonstrates skills and essential knowledge to contribute to the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP Landscape (i.e. SAP ERP - OTC, ATR, Cash Collections, Invoicing, Compliance Reporting, Legal Entity set-up, Sales & Distribution; plus Concur, Workday, Arriba, Serrala, Workday, Payroll System, etc.)

    • Tracking of infrastructure activities (i.e. coordinate with local installation contact, network access, server room, switches, access points, SD-WAN circuit, internet, cable installation, IT Rack order, conference rooms, laptops, docking stations, screens, headsets, keyboard, mouse, printers, etc.)

· Help define if we need to have servers on-site for legal reasons
· Communicates progress and escalates key decisions, issues, risks and opportunities as required to achieve project objectives and deliverables
· Arbitrate and resolve issues, conflict and interface problems within the project team and between functional partners and stakeholders.
· Work closely with the Sponsor, management/functional leaders to overcome obstacles to project success.
· Effective project management for process/technology-related activities and understanding of related dependencies.
· Effective vendor management e.g., implementation partner, 3 rd party systems integrators.
· Appropriate awareness of process/technology content areas, including:
· Business process mapping and engineering
· Design, specification, testing and delivery of technology solutions
· Data conversion and migration including interface identification
· Documentation: technical and end-user documentation

Project Communication and Change Management:
· Collaborate all stakeholders at various levels on functional and technical topics.
· Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Leaders to define and deliver on expected project deliverables and value.
· Assure effective business transformation, including training and user adoption of related process and technology solutions. Use of effective change management processes, e.g., stakeholder analysis, impact study, presentations, workshops and communication
· Assure effective project team and internal/external stakeholder communication, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
· Assure that project documentation is kept current, clear and transparent and is communicated as appropriate.
· Escalate key decisions, issues, risks and opportunities as required (i.e. Steering Committee) to achieve project objectives.
· Help to manage and build relationships with external partners, e.g., vendors, and governmental compliance agency as appropriate.
· Represent project at required internal and external meetings to assure that priorities are communicated and understood, and that progress/delays/issues are reported.

Education:
· University degree or equivalent related work experience; educational concentration in a related technical or industry-related subject is preferred.
· Master's degree is preferred.
· Project Management certification / training desirable.

Experience:
· Experience leading global, complex cross-functional high value projects, especially in technology and/or process-related areas, ideally in the Biotech / Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations space.
· 5-7 years' experience with SAP ERP Landscape (i.e. SAP ERP - OTC, ATR, Cash Collections, Invoicing, Compliance Reporting, Legal Entity set-up, Sales & Distribution)
· 5-7 years' experience in using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and project management software.
· Demonstrated expertise in teambuilding and interpersonal skills across cultures.
