Qualifications Required at Hire:

1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2.Expertise to document requirements using Microsoft or other modeling products.

3.Expertise to clearly ascertain requirements through leading & conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.

4.Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and programs including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Outlook.

5.Expertise in documenting business rules, validations, ETL and functional requirements document creation experience. 

6.Experience with use case design/analysis/specifications to understand and document how data is used, business functionality and rules.

7.Ability to gather detailed business requirements and organize into traceable, testable and verifiable data and business formats.

8.Experience working with a variety of information systems, technologies (Including Real-time and Batch) and data file formats, including large and complex files: analyzing file structure, using and creating file 

Minimum Entrance Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree with a major in computer science, business, or related field from an accredited institution. 

•Three years relevant experience in directly related field is required.

•Strong understanding of testing methodologies for functional, systems, integration, performance and UAT.

•Proven track record in driving complex system integration projects and converting / transitioning / consolidating businesses to new application platforms.

•History of professional growth as evidenced by the acquisition of professional development and/or certification.

Certification examples may include: 

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation, ITIL Intermediate, ITIL Expert, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Project Management Institute Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI CAPM), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI ACP), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
