Making Cold Calls for BD and arranging client meetings. Lead Generation.
Should be able to handle and manage team of 20 -50 recruiters ensuring positive P&L.
 

Required Candidate profile

• Should be able to generate good pipe line for business development.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Having prior good Experience of BD for staffing services.
