JOB DETAIL

Responsible for the implementation of mid-size Oracle OEBS. Works collaboratively with various groups within the IT department and the business units to ensure the appropriate level of quality is provided in the OEBS solutions.

Must have experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite Human Resources
Must have a proven track record as a technical/functional specialist for Oracle eBusiness Suite Human Resources
Experience in implementing strategies for Oracle eBusiness Suite Human Resources
Working knowledge and experience with Cash Management, Order Management and Electronic Payment processing
Knowledge of Base Table and Interface tables in various Oracle modules
Knowledge of Oracle Database
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with Business customers in non-technical terms
Must be an active listener, open to receiving and providing constructive feedback and work well with the team
Must be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Works closely with project team, business stakeholders and other team members to assist in resolving issues they may encounter
Experience with life cycle software development
Must have a good understanding of the underlying table structure and objects used by the applicable modules.
Works under minimal supervision, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks
Must be able to work in an Agile environment and be cross functional and fulfill roles as the team requires.
