?        Compiles, cleans, analyzes and interprets varied and complexclinical, demographic, financial, and operational data, supporting departmentsincluding but not limited to Care Management, Utilization Management, ClinicalRisk, Quality, Business Development, and Member Experience.

?        Runs complex queries to build and maintain customized reports anddashboards for departments using various tools (SQL, MS Excel, Python, R,Tableau, other BI tools).

?        Designs and builds data visualizations that present data in aclear and concise format, helping customers easily extract insights from thedata.

?        Works closely with the VillageCare IT department to automate dataflows, facilitating the production of dashboards that automatically update andcan be accessed directly by customers.
