Business Analyst

• 6+ years of experience and knowledge in Auto/Asset Finance/ Lending/US Banking domain as Business analyst or Functional Consultant

• Strong understanding of business processes including origination, servicing, end of term etc.

• Expertise in conducting process study with business users to completely comprehend the workflow and identify gaps

• Detailed understanding of processes and functional aspect of the US Banking/Asset Finance business

• Should have good communication skills and able to drive the requirement sessions

• Business Analysis knowledge and experience preferably with supporting implementation of solution for US Banking/Asset finance ecosystem.

• General understanding of related products, tools, business & technological ecosystem

• Overall understanding of complex IT environments with factual and theoretical knowledge

• Should be able to Identify, research and analyze existing system and data requirements, able to understand the data model and data definition

• Should be well versed with agile methodology and good exposure to different Sprint events & identify and report any dependencies/roadblock.

• Analyze Road Map and prepare user stories.

• Work closely with dev team and provide them business process flows for implementing feature.

• Work with QA team to ensure complete coverage of testing scenarios before any feature is implemented.

• Perform detailed testing (functional, system integration and end to-end ) with effective defect/status reporting.

• Hold demo sessions with team and business to go over the testing artifacts.

• Provide functional support when production issues occur.
