• 7+ years of software engineering experience developing scalable production software incorporating testing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in Ruby and OOD programming practices.
• Extensive experience working with Ruby on Rails and its ecosystem.
• Experience with JavaScript and/or Typescript and UI frameworks like React
• Experience working with MySQL.
• Nice to have experience working with a headless CMS like Contentful
• A desire to teach, improve, and otherwise force multiply the strengths of the engineers that surround you.
