1 Should be able to understand the business requirements, create low level designs/documentation and be able to work independently to complete the user stories

2 Should have very good communication to articulate the work completed, demo with different stakeholders and to be able to represent team in different forums

3 Very good UI development skills, complete understanding of JavaScript, CSS, ES6, Typescript, ReactJS, Redux, Unit Testing and Test driven development. All this with deep conceptual clarity is must

4 Should be willing to do full stack development and knowledge around Java, SpringBoot, Microservices, REST, Database is preferred and good to have

5 Should be flexible, ready to learn and fast learner with experience of working in agile ways of working. Extreme Programming (XP) experience is a plus.
