Will be shown software used in work field and will be virtually online with the routing person who is testing the tool - BA will also have a copy of the software up and as the router is talking through the steps (errors, adjustments of software), BA will have to document what the router is saying to communicate to
Requirements:
Must be able to learn the software that they are deploying/ troubleshooting
Intelligence/background and experience with helping end users pilot new software
Handled software rollouts/deployments
7-10 years of experience (can be from L2 help desk or BA II/III background)
Agile /Scrum experience - MUST be able to speak to it
