The Product and Content Developer will play a leadership role, responsible for maturing specific elements of an offering in collaboration with the business experts and Product Owners. They will ensure consistency and enrichment of offering content from different businesses, markets, clients, partners, etc. to ensure the value of the final product.

Product and Content Developers will be assembled into project Sprint Teams to focus on key priorities based on skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing elements (e.g., client journey, ecosystem partners, value proposition) of offerings to defined quality standards in collaboration with business experts and client teams

Pilot offering components with target users and integrate user feedback into offering

Assess risks to on-time delivery and quality for offering components under development

Participate in offering development-wide process improvements

Collaborate with other Accenture organizations in support of the Offering as needed (e.g., Research, Marketing, Communications, Legal)

Mentor and guide junior team members throughout offering development, in addition to guiding direct reports that you may have

Required Work Experience & Skills

8 years professional experience; with 3 years of client facing consulting experience as a plus

Proven Track record of leading Team 3

Product Development experience and understanding

Proven expertise in one or many of the business areas Accenture works in

Proven success working across multiple senior stakeholders

Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills

High energy and ability to adapt to an evolving operating model and changing ways of working

Understanding of agile ways of working and Storytelling a plus

Experience/understanding of one or more of the following will be a plus: Data Science, Data Visualization, Analytics, AI, Cloud, Security, Sustainability, Change Management
