·Person should have worked in process engineering/ Six Sigma kind of roles

·Should understand operational risk/ processes/ process documentation

·Process reengineering experience,  should be able to create flow charts in visio and have process capture experience

·4-5 years’ experience with IT Control testing approaches (e.g. Inspection, Observation, Inquiry etc.)

·Familiarity with Agile/JIRA Framework

·Familiarity with Banking Industry is a plus

·8 to 10 years’ experienceok
